MIZU Manaus completed 5 years of operation, installed at the Manaus Industrial Pole, in the heart of the Amazon, the unit serves the Northern region and countries such as Venezuela, English Guiana and Colombia.
The Mizu brand is a reference in quality and logistics efficiency for customer and partners. To celebrate his birthday, a mass in thanksgiving was held at the unit with the presence of all members and partners who have supported us since the implementation. As a symbol of the anniversary, SAMAÚMA was chosen, considered by the indigenous people as the “mother tree of the forest” or the “tree of life”.
In August, another edition of Concrete Show took place, an important event that for over a decade brings together, in São Paulo, the main companies and professionals in the concrete sector. Polimix Concreto was present participating in the demonstration of the execution of the Miami Sidewalk and the Concrete Walls, two modern constructive methods, trends in the world, which comes with force in Brazil. Polimix, experienced in the field, is already prepared to provide its customers with the best concrete for these applications.
In November 2018, Tegra Incorporadora awarded Polimix Concreto, in the category of Quality, in recognition of the dedication and commitment to service its works.
At the end of 2018, Polimix Concreto inaugurated Colombia’s newest unit, located in the city of Cartagena, on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, in the Colombian Caribbean. With capacity to produce 7,000 m³ / month, the unit is in one of the most beautiful regions of the country.
Twenty years ago, Mizu Cimentos started a brilliant career with the first factory in Espirito Santo. Today, there are 7 units located in the states of Amazonas, Rio Grande do Norte, Sergipe, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Polimix Agregados started 2019 by expanding its activities, with one more unit in Rio de Janeiro, in the neighborhood of Inhaúma. The new quarry will offer a quality material, providing a differentiated service by the excellent location, near the works of the center and the southern region of the city, with capacity to produce more than 1 million tons / year.
